Privacy notice

This notice explains how 3A Project Consultant handles information you provide through its schedule products, checkout and contact channels.

Schedule files and outputs

Uploaded files and generated outputs are processed in a browser-specific session using temporary application memory. They are not intentionally published, shared with other visitors or placed in permanent customer-file storage. They may disappear when the session expires or the application restarts, so users must download and securely retain their outputs. Do not upload classified, legally privileged, export-controlled or otherwise restricted material.

Payments and access

Stripe processes checkout and payment-card information on its hosted service. 3A receives transaction confirmation and associated customer or billing details required to provide the package, but does not receive or store your full card number. A signed browser cookie records the purchased package, applicable project scope and access expiry. The Special Launch Offer expires seven days after payment confirmation and does not renew automatically.

Contact and technical information

Information submitted through the contact form is emailed to info@3aconsultant.com through the configured email provider and is not stored in a website database. The hosting platform may process standard request information including IP address, browser details, timestamps and error logs for security, reliability and diagnostics. Basic commercial event logs contain event names and product identifiers only—not contact-form contents, project names or uploaded filenames.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you select “Allow analytics” in the consent notice. When allowed, it records page visits and standard technical details such as approximate location, device and browser type, and referral channel so we can understand site traffic. Contact-form contents and uploaded schedule contents are not sent to Google Analytics. Google explains how it processes this information in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Your choice is stored in your browser. Select “No thanks” to prevent Google Analytics from loading. You can withdraw a previous choice by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser, after which the consent notice will appear again.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information emailed to us. Retention may still be required for legal, security, tax or record-keeping reasons.
