Terms of use and digital product licence

By using this website, making a purchase or entering an issued access code, you agree to these terms. If acting for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Purchases and delivery

Package prices are one-time charges stated in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe and access is issued after payment confirmation. The 7-Day Complete Schedule Workspace runs for seven consecutive days, does not renew automatically and permits reasonable internal business use. Tailored professional services require a separately agreed scope, fee and terms.

Single Project Packages

A Single Project Package applies to one genuine project and remains accessible in the purchasing browser for 30 days from payment confirmation. Corrected inputs and successive schedule versions for that same project are permitted. Processing an unrelated project requires another package or an active 7-Day Complete Schedule Workspace.

Temporary processing and downloads

Customer project files and generated outputs are processed temporarily and are not provided with permanent online storage. You must download and securely retain every required output before leaving or allowing the session to expire. Resource Pack downloads remain available in the purchasing browser for 30 days; the internal-use licence for downloaded files does not expire.

Your responsibilities

You must have permission to upload every file. Keep independent source copies, protect access credentials and verify outputs before relying on them.

Professional judgement

Automated outputs support decisions; they are not engineering certification, legal or financial advice, or a substitute for appropriately qualified review. Findings depend on the completeness and quality of supplied data.

Digital product licence

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, purchased files and generated outputs are licensed to the purchaser for internal business use. They may not be shared outside the purchasing organisation, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, subjected to automated bulk processing or made publicly available.

Availability and liability

We work to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
